NURS 7304 Systems Leadership and Policy Analysis in Anesthesia Practice
This course is the study of select leadership skills applicable to the administration of healthcare organizations and systems. Conceptual methodologies underlying the development, implementation, and analysis of policies at the organizational, local, state, and federal levels are also included. Focus is on the role, position, and influence of advanced practice nurses who specialize in anesthesiology.
