NURS 7213 Critical Concepts in Practice: Risk Reduction and Crisis Resource Management

This course introduces the student to the theoretical and practical issues surrounding medical errors, patient safety, reducing perioperative risk, and quality improvement. Principles related to interprofessional collaboration and crisis resource management in the perioperative setting (ACRM) are explored.
