EDUC 3367 Teaching Children in Kindergarten and Early Childhood Settings

The course is designed to prepare students to understand the developmental nature of young children (i.e., the cognitive, social/emotional, and physical domains associated with childhood), the variety of programs available for the care and education, developmentally appropriate practices, and curriculum content. This course focuses on how to teach in the kindergarten classroom and other early childhood settings. This is a professional development course and requires admission to the Teacher Certification Program.
