PEHP 1150 Aerobic Kickboxing
This is a beginning physical activity course in which students will develop the basic skills necessary to participate in aerobic kickboxing. The emphasis of this course is on aerobic group exercise. Instruction will focus on aerobic kickboxing mechanics, health benefits, important equipment, and the history and origin. Basic fitness and training principles will be discussed as applicable to aerobic kickboxing.
