ORGL ORGL 8310 Leadership in Action
The focus of this course is the exploration of the philosophical bases and application of leadership and followership, the context of leadership as a relationship process, and historic and futuristic views of leadership. This course provides a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, equipping students with the skills and strategies necessary to lead effectively in dynamic organizational environments. By the end of the course, participants will have a deeper understanding of their leadership capabilities and the tools to apply them effectively in diverse professional settings.

This course is a requirement for the doctoral Organizational Leadership and Evaluation concentration in the Dreeben School of Education. It should be taken early in the program of study.
This course cannot be substituted for another nor can it be repeated for credit.
