OMED 8226 Medical Humanities Elective Clerkship
This two-week elective clerkship is designed to provide experiential learning in applied medical humanities. Learners will engage in activities that encourage seeing the world through the lens of equity and justice. They will practice using this lens to examine, critique, and improve the practice of medicine and by extension, healthcare systems. The principal focus of the course will be on personal growth and will include readings, discussions, personality and other assessments, and reflective writing.
A learner is not eligible to enroll in this course if they have previously completed OMED 8426 Medical Humanities Elective Clerkship.
