HCSC 2250 Medical Terminology and Documentation
This course will focus on communication techniques and documentation in patient care settings. The disability model is included. It introduces basic word structure and terminology pertaining to body systems. This course also provides an overview of disease process, symptoms, anatomy, special procedures, pharmacology, and abbreviations. A strong emphasis on writing is included and course delivery will be an online format.
