Program Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Incarnate Word prepares students for careers in one of the most versatile engineering professions. Students pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering complete a rigorous course of study that includes courses from the Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics and Basic Sciences, and Engineering. This course of study prepares students well for careers in industry, government, education, and nonprofits.

Admissions - Admission requirements for the proposed Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering program are the same as the requirements for the existing Bachelor of Science in Engineering program admission.
