ATHP 6255 Patient Case Management II
In this course, students will develop comprehensive patient care plans for lower extremity and spine injuries/conditions, that are based on evidence, and aligned with applicable laws and regulations. Specific attention will be given to appropriate documentation of patient interactions in relationship to applicable laws governing the sharing of protected information. Patient outcomes, synthesis of information used in decision-making, and various patient populations will also be emphasized. Students will participate in interprofessional activities, utilizing the International Classification of Functioning (ICF) model.
