PSYC 4353 Social Cognition

This course will introduce the theories and concepts of social cognition, a subspecialty of social psychology. Topics to be addressed may include social categorization and stereotyping, attribution theory, social memory, social judgment, implicit attitudes, and the interplay of affect and cognition.

Prerequisite

Prerequisites are PSYC 1301, PSYC 3351, 9 additional hours of psychology credit, and senior standing or instructor permission. (Alternating Spring semesters)
