PMIN 2321 Ancient Philosophy

Beginning with Thales and ending with Plotinus, this course presents the major philosophers of ancient Greece and Rome with special emphasis on their metaphysics, view of the human person and human knowledge, ethics, and the nature and existence of God. This course will examine the influence of these thinkers on later philosophers and on Christian theology.
