PHIL 3320 Philosophy of Love
This course is a philosophical examination of the nature and significance of love. Using classical and contemporary philosophical readings as well as various treatments of love in literature and film, topics may include the nature of romantic love, the distinction between eros and agape, love and personal identity, love and gender, love and sexuality, love and spirituality, and/or multicultural visions of the nature and significance of love.
Prerequisite
PHIL 1381. (Summers or as needed) May be taken as a CLST elective.
