NURS 6301 Transition into Nurse Anesthesiology: Foundational Knowledge for Advanced Study

This course is designed for registered nurses preparing to transition into a nurse anesthesiology program. It emphasizes essential knowledge and skills, reinforcing foundational theories and concepts in inorganic and organic chemistry, biochemistry and physics, with applications to anesthesia pharmacology and practice. Select critical care nursing topics are revisited and professional aspects of advanced practice nursing are introduced.
