INDR 8010 Doctoral Seminar
This course serves as an advanced introduction to the rigors and expectations of doctoral studies, emphasizing the development of a scholarly identity and the cultivation of professional competencies essential for academic excellence. Students will engage in critical discussions on the nature of doctoral education, the responsibilities of emerging scholars, and the ethical dimensions of research and professional practice. The course is designed to foster a deep understanding of academic culture and to prepare students for the intellectual demands of their doctoral journey.This course is required for doctoral students at the beginning of the program.
