FILM 4390 Business of Film

This lecture course discusses and analyzes the business of the film industry including business structures, sources of capital, legal and tax considerations, marketing, distribution, business ethics, and other issues likely to be encountered in a filmmaking career. Emphasis will be placed on the revenue streams in the domestic and international marketplaces and streaming outlets.
