ORGL 6350 Project-Based Experience in Organizational Leadership

This course provides an opportunity for students to engage in sophisticated, practice-centered inquiry for actionfocusing on an area of specialization within organizational leadership. All projects focus on equipping students with practical skills and knowledge to lead effectively, manage teams, and navigate complex organizational challenges through hands-on experience and real-world applications. This course aims to bridge theory and practice and to provide each student with an opportunity to practice, develop and demonstrate competence in applying the concepts and tools in a collaborative integrative experience.
