Pre-Law—Interdisciplinary Concentration

The focus of Pre-Law at UIW is the development of the skills necessary for success in law school, with emphasis on reading comprehension, analytical writing, and oral communication. Students of any major are encouraged to enroll in the Pre-Law Interdisciplinary Concentration; the practice of law encompasses many elements of society and law schools continue cultivating diversity in all of its aspects. The Department of Political Science offers a traditional sequence of law-related courses designed to familiarize students with law and to develop the analytical skills necessary for success in first-year (1L) law classes.

This concentration requires a minimum of 18 credit hours to complete.
