ORGL 6343 Strategic Leadership
This course broadens leadership study in the key issues of management and leadership within an organization. Graduate students will investigate theory and research related to setting an organization's strategic organization's strategic direction, aligning structure to implement strategy, and leading individuals within the organization. Graduate students will also explore the interplay among formal structure, informal networks, and culture in shaping organizational performance.
