BMSC 6420 Human Anatomy I

This course is the study of the structural organization of the human body. This course provides a framework to assist students in organizing their study of human anatomy with an emphasis on clinical relevance of basic anatomical knowledge including the histology of the three basic tissues. The mode of instruction for this course incorporates active learning strategies, discussion-oriented lectures, and cadaver prosection and dissection with a focus on major body regions.
