BMGT 6315 Leading A Diverse Workforce

This course provides the strategies, concepts, and practices essential for leadership to promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging in organizations. Emphasis is placed on engaging in open dialogue around difficult workplace situations involving diverse sets of employees in order to develop psychological safety and encourage allyship in organizations.
