NUTR 63CS Master’s Project
The Master’s Project is an integration of graduate level coursework with research and communication skills to develop and report on a tangible nutrition project that addresses a concern of the community or an area of interest to the student. Master’s Project courses are taken for two semesters for a minimum of total of 4 to 6 hours of credit.
