NURS 3315 Nursing II: Aging, Chronicity, and Care Coordination
This course builds upon foundational health promotion and disease prevention principles learned in Nursing I: Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and focuses on promotion of health and safety for individuals, families, and groups. This course addresses nursing management of chronic conditions across the lifespan, with an emphasis on the are of older adults.
Notes
Concurrent enrollment in a clinical practicum is required. Prerequisite includes successful completion of previous level BSN courses for corresponding track.
