MATH 2374 Math for Elementary Teachers I
This three-hour course is the first of two courses that cover those mathematical topics considered essential for teachers of elementary school mathematics. Development of mathematics concepts through the process of doing mathematics will create a foundation for mathematical understanding. The course will focus on problem solving, set theory, numeration systems, number theory, integers, fractions, and decimals.
