BMGT 4340 Management Skills

This course allows students to apply and practice a variety of management skills to include problem solving, communication, analyzing, and decision-making. Some of the course topics include organizational assessment, change and improvement, planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and operations management, providing students with a clear understanding of management concepts and skills. Some of the material is presented in the form of self assessments, in-basket exercises, and skill-building exercises. Offered in Fall and Spring.
