MATH 3325 Abstract Algebra&Number Theory

This course introduces groups, rings, and fields. Algebraic ideas are developed in parallel with the considerations of congruence and congruence classes, which normally arise in elementary number theory. It includes applications to the theory of equations. Prerequisite: MATH 3320
