NURS 3315 Nursing II: Aging, Chronicity, and Care Coordination

Traditional BSN.  Course builds upon foundational health promotion and disease prevention principles learned in Nursing I: Health Promotion and Disease Prevention.  This course focuses on promotion of health and safety for individuals, families, and groups.  It addresses nursing management of chronic conditions across the lifespan, with an emphasis on the care of older adults.  Requires concurrent enrollment in a clinical practicum.
