BIOL 3202 Research Methods in Cell and Molecular Genetics
This course is an upper division course for biology or related majors. This 2-hour laboratory course applies concepts learned in the Cell Biology (BIOL 3311) and Genetics (BIOL 3361) courses to collaborative laboratory projects. The course objectives focus on the development of research skills including scientific writing, data analysis and interpretation, experimental design and hypothesis testing. This course provides students with hands-on laboratory experience using current genetic, cell biology, biochemical and molecular biology approaches.
