Admission Requirements

Admission to the major requires:

• Meeting all the requirements for admission to the university to include demonstration of math and writing competencies.
• Declaring CLRS major with acknowledgement that a 2.0 GPA will be required prior to enrollment in all CLRS courses.
• A ‘C’ (2.0 GPA) or better will be required for all upper division CLRS courses. Any upper division level CLRS course can be repeated; however, only two courses can be completed to remain in the major.

Note: Given that students may be drawn from other undergraduate health majors, all support courses and core courses must meet the minimum levels established; however, substitutions will be individually assessed.
