CHED 3320 Fundamentals of Health Policy

The course will provide students with an integrated look into organizational structure of various health services and agencies. Students will examine some of the following issues as they relate to health care settings and agencies: politics, policymaking, communication styles and issues; evaluation and outcomes assessments. In addition to conceptual discussion of each of the above, the course includes evaluation of several case studies of public health policy decisions and their implications.
