BPGM 2188 Guest Services/Golf Car Fleet Management Internship

In this course students will acquire hands-on experience of effective guest service theories and golf car fleet management. Students will work with all guests including both outside and inside service and support situations. This will include initial guest interaction and guest support operations throughout their visit to the golf facility. This will allow students to practice and apply theories by assisting guests,  resolving potential problems, and providing positive customer interaction. Fleet management experiences will provide hands on opportunities to understand the advantages of important preventative scheduled maintenance procedures that ensure the golf car fleet’s longevity, and understanding the advantages and/or disadvantages of leasing or buying golf car fleets.
