PMIN 3325 Modern Philosophy

This course introduces the student to the central European philosophers from the 16th through the early 19th centuries with emphasis on their theories of knowledge and the justification of belief. Both continental rationalists and British empiricists will be studied, with attention to some influential metaphysical and ethical positions of particular relevance to Christian theology.
