NURS 2310 Integrated Health Science

This course focuses on foundational pharmacological and pathophysiological concepts which relate to all areas of clinical nursing practice, including introduction to pharmacology, cellular dysfunction, fluid and electrolyte/acid-base balance and imbalance, the immune response, immune system pharmacology, the stress response, autonomic nervous system pharmacology, neoplasia, and principles of antineoplastic therapy.

Prerequisite

Admission to the nursing major.
