CHEM 1405 Science in Everyday Life

This course will provide an understanding of basic chemical principles and the role which chemistry plays in everyday life topics including water and air pollution, ozone depletion, global warming, acid rain, plastics and energy sources. Not open to students who have received credit for or are concurrently enrolled in chem-1301'>CHEM 1301. Students must enroll both in lecture and laboratory sections. Fee.
